Acupuncture with Maureen Kittredge, RN, NP, Lic.Ac.
Can be scheduled for acute mental or physical problems or symptoms or for a general wellness treatment. Some choose to have seasonal "tune-ups".

Treatments are scheduled according to your condition. Some conditions warrant more frequent treatments - up to 3 times per week at the onset. After seeing how you respond to the first two or three treatments, we can determine a schedule that will ensure timely recovery. Each treatment builds on the previous treatments, therefore, you can expect to reduce the frequency of visits as the results last for a longer period of time.

Massage
Specific massage appointments can be made to help with muscle fatigue, injury or increased stress. Massage style is tailored to meet your needs with a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue or Sports Massage.

Hybrid Treatments
If booked with Maureen, she is able to perform combination treatments of massage and Acupuncture. These treatments will help with musculoskeletal pain or acute injuries. As these treatments are not tailored to your specific root pattern there may not be as much long term relief when compared to specific Acupuncture treatments, however, they are a good way to deepen the results of massage.

Pilates with Meredith Sousa, Certified Pilates Instructor
Pilates is an exercise system, developed by Joseph Pilates, that strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves overall health. Exercises are performed on a mat or on specially designed equipment. It focuses on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Every exercise is performed with concentration on proper breathing, correct alignment and efficient movement patterns. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress. The exercises are relatively safe, low impact and appropriate for just about anyone from athletes to seniors, from dancers to post-partum women.

Wednesday - 5:45pm and 7pm

Yoga with Ellen Turini, Registered Yoga Teacher
Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga are the study and practice of physical alignments, breath and meditation. You will feel at peace at the end of a yoga class because there is a natural realignment of your body which leads to a natural realignment of your perception of life and of who you are.
